I checked the mail today and found the tickets we ordered a while ago. Will and Matt designed them on some website to look all official and stuff. We ordered 750 of them, for now. It would be flabbergasting if we actually needed all of those, and even more so if we had to order more. But that is our goal. We need to sell a psychotic amount of these things (partly to get the word out because people will already have this planned and tell their friends about it, and also to ensure that the people who say they will attend are true to their word). This also helps guage the amount of people we will have at our little event.
In order to obtain these tickets, one should either contact Matt or Nico Ciani (if one is from Aurora), or Will or John Myers or Ian Bojalad (if one is from Twinsburg). Other locations these will be sold are at Angelo's Pizza in Aurora and at Gitterpicker String Factory in Twinsburg. They will cost you 5 dollars each. Everyone is encouraged to buy tickets in advance. We'll make it worth your while.
Get 'em while they're hot!

The Emergency Assistance Center
We have finally picked a charity to donate to for our event! We chose the Emergency Assistance Center because it is local and does things for a good cause. the Emergency Assistance center accepts donations of non-perishable food items and money to temporarily provide assistance to families in need. They work around Summit County (Twinsburg and Aurora, too!). We met with a planner from this Organization a few days ago and she seems very enthusiastic about this event.
The Emergency Assistance Center will have a table set up (probably near thre merchandise table) for information, as well as to accept donations that anyone brings (and is encouraged to bring) to the show. At the end, or somewhat near it, of the show, we would like the organization to prepare a slideshow and give as much information as possible about themselves. All proceeds from Twinstock 2009 go straight to the representatives who will attend the show.

Angelo's Pizza
For those wondering about what the food situation will be at our wonderful event, i would love to give you some fantastic news. After speaking with the owners of Angelo's Pizza in Aurora, they told me that they are going to be setting up and selling pizza at Twinstock. That is really cool because, as you may know, Angelo's Pizza is delicious. We are all honored that they would be willing to participate in this event! There was also discussion of donating free pizza certificates for our raffle. I suppose we will see how that works out.
Anyways, I just wanna thank Angelo's Pizza. They're the best!
If anyone has any other ideas of places i should talk to so they can do something similar to what Angelo's is doing, let me know!
That's all for now.
